1. About Us
RevGeni.ai is a trading name of Revgeni.ai LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom. Our mission is to provide AI-powered automation tools (“Genies”) to support marketing, sales and customer success operations for small and medium-sized businesses.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up to use any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use our platform or services.
3. Services
RevGeni.ai provides access to AI-powered software agents (“Genies”) tailored to automate and improve sales, marketing and customer success workflows. These are offered on an annual subscription basis, with monthly payment options available.
We may update or enhance our services from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscriptions are billed annually, with monthly payment options for customer convenience.
- Prices are listed exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled with at least 14 days’ notice before the renewal date.
- We reserve the right to update pricing, in which case you will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
- Revgeni reserves the right to use any current customer logo’s for marketing and promotion purposes.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for partial use or unused time unless required by law.
6. RevGeni responsibilities
Revgeni is responsible for:
- Ensuring Genies are available 24/7 with 99% availability.
- Support for resolving technical issues faced by customers.
- Revgeni undertakes to ensure that the Genies are regularly updated as technology improves.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current registration information
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- Ensuring your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws
You agree not to misuse our services, including using the AI agents to send spam, violate privacy laws, or engage in unlawful activity.
8. Data Protection and processing
RevGenie.ai is a data processor when handling your customer data, and you remain the data controller. We will process personal data only on your instructions and in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
We are fully compliant with the UK GDPR and take all reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal data.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services is lawful and that you have a legal basis for processing personal data via our platform.
Data Processing Instructions
By using our services, you instruct RevGenie.ai to process any personal data submitted to the platform as a data processor on your behalf, solely for the purpose of delivering our services in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and tools made available through RevGenie.ai remain the intellectual property of RevGenie.ai or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during the subscription period.
You may not reverse engineer, copy, or resell our services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Business interruption or reputational harm
- Indirect or consequential losses
Our total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the platform unlawfully or harmfully.
You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription through your account dashboard or contacting support.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
